Watch Him Grow

You’re still having loads of fun with Tigro.

Some shots taken at our DIY studio, created using the cool MPEX Strobist lighting kit Eoghan got me for Christmas, a white duvet and a piece of white board. 

This one is by far my favourite - at first glance it could almost be a real tiger!

As you can see from this pic, you’re loving trying to sit up on your own, but a steady hand is always needed nearby!

Now that the circus is back on the road, you’ve got lots of pretty souvenir lights to amuse you.

In other news:

• You got a vaccine booster a few days ago and handled it very well - just a few wimpers and then back to your happy self. 
• Your mum is testing out you palate. Foodie faves include mushy peas and mango (and yes, sometimes at the same time!).
• You are almost an expert at the whole feet-grabbing thing - your cute toes must be tasty! I must get some shot of that.

Your first Christmas. 

You tried a bit of Christmas mashed carrot, got lots of lovely educational pressies (you liked the drum kit) and fab clothes and generally spent the day looking cute.

We’ve seen lots of changes in you in the past few weeks. Here are just a few:

• Your head bobs towards the spoon when you’re being fed something you like
• You’re sticking your tongue out. A lot!
• Your much more smiley and responsive
• You get distracted by voices easily - especially when people are laughing. In fact, your mum has banned me from laughing when she’s trying to put you to sleep because, no matter how droopy-eyed you are, you’ll crane your neck to get a look at me
• You LOVE Dumbo. 
• You make “aah aah aaah” noises when you want attention
• Your starting to drop off to sleep on your own
• Your grip is super strong. Just ask the Christmas tree decorations!
